    Interesting combination of flavors!

This mead was tasty, and very interesting. It actually gave me a bit of a syrup-esque aftertaste, which was nice but a little too much for me. That being said, still definitely worth a try – especially if you like maple syrup and/or sweet drinks.

coming from a town with many maple syrup producers i had to give this a try. i give it 5 stars. it was great. good mead taste, hint sweet, with a hint of maple taste. me and 3 other maple tappers loved it. definitely worth a try. I am going to purchase a few more bottles.

  4. 5 out of 5

    (verified owner):

Very good mead. Strong flavor, similar to sipping whiskey (not as strong). I enjoy it with steak, stews or by itself. Great for cold nights. Love the maple flavor, great after taste.

The combination of two of natures natural sweeteners; honey and maple syrup made by boiling down the tree sap of sugar maples to the point caramelization is an interesting union. I would recommend try it if you haven’t.
