Montana Wine

Montana Wine you ask? Absolutely!  Here at Hidden Legend Winery we make world class Montana wines from grapes grown right here in our state. These Montana wines are made using modern wine making techniques combined with old world processes. We make them here at our Montana winery. Every bottle of our Montana wine is handcrafted from native North American grapes grown right here in Montana. These Montana wines won’t disappoint you. We are in a small group of Montana wineries actually producing the wines here in Montana from grapes actually grown in Montana.

Our grape Montana wine varieties are crafted from native North American hybrid grapes grown in the Skalkaho valley and lake shore of Flathead Lake right here in Montana.

Our Dandelion Montana wine is crafted from dandelion blooms and pure cane sugar. This unique wine impressed wine connoisseurs in the past who could scarcely believe that it doesn’t contain grapes. You will find yourself trying to guess the grape while enjoying the delicate grassy undertones that will transport you directly to a summer day in Montana.

Dandelion Wine

Montana WineHidden Legend Winery’s Dandelion Wine is a delicate dry white Montana wine. This is not your grandmother’s dandelion wine, but it’s pretty darn close. It’s been approvingly described as “delicate” and “grassy” but we just think of it as summer on a back porch in Montana. Hidden Legend Dandelion Wine is best appreciated mid-afternoon, by itself, or with a very soft cheese. This is a truly unique Montana Wine.
